Before You Book

Can you really come today?

Most days, yes. The board above shows the windows still open. If today is full, you get the first window tomorrow. Calls before noon have the best shot at a same day visit.

What does the $79 diagnostic cover?

The tech finds the problem and gives you a written price before any work. If you go ahead, the $79 comes off the repair. If you don't, the $79 is all you pay.

Do you take home warranty calls?

Yes. We work with most home warranty companies. Open a claim, ask for Tradewind, and give us the claim number. You pay your plan's service fee and the warranty pays the rest of what it covers.

Do you work in condos and high rises?

All the time. Tell us the building name when you book. We bring a certificate of insurance for the front desk and use the service elevator if the building asks.

What if the part isn't on the van?

We order it that day. Most parts come in one to three days, and we book your return visit before we leave. There's no second diagnostic fee.
