Questions Before You Book
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most of our Seattle clients leave a key or a door code. We text when we arrive and again when we lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring everything, from the vacuum to the microfiber cloths. If you want us to use your own products, leave them on the counter.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a home in good shape. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, light switches and scrubbing the buildup in showers. Most first visits are a deep clean.
Is my dog okay while you are there?
Yes. Our crews love pets. Tell us their names and whether they can be loose. Pet hair adds a little time, which the price range above includes.
What if something gets missed?
Text us within 24 hours with a photo. We come back and fix it at no charge.
