Questions We Hear at the Counter
Do I have to use the shop my insurance picks?
No. In Washington, you choose the body shop, even when insurance pays. The insurer can suggest one of theirs, but the choice is yours. We work with every insurer and send them our photos and estimate.
Will the new paint match the rest of my car?
We start with your paint code, then read the panel next to the repair with a spectro camera, because sun and age shift the color. We spray test cards, check them under daylight lamps, and blend into the next panel so there is no hard line.
What is paintless dent repair?
PDR pushes a dent out from behind with steel rods while the tech watches the reflection on a line board. No filler and no new paint, so the factory finish stays. It works when the paint is not cracked and we can reach the back of the dent.
How long will my car be in the shop?
A door ding is often done the same day. Most panel repairs take two to five days. Big hits take longer, mostly waiting on parts. We text you photos while your car is here.
Do you fix hail damage?
Yes. Spokane gets summer hail most years. Most hail dents come out with PDR, so the roof and hood keep their factory paint. We count the dents panel by panel and send that map to your insurer.
Send Us Three Photos
One close, one from ten feet, one of the whole car. We text back a rough estimate the same day.
