Plan Your Fleet's Service Year
Enter your trucks and miles. You get the PM interval, how many visits land each month, when DOT annuals fall, and a fair monthly maintenance range.
Your Next 12 Months
Likely maintenance and repair spend a month, based on typical cost per mile for this kind of truck.
Back on the road each year, compared with fixing trucks only after they break.
Estimates to plan with. Your own repair records tell the real story, and we build the plan from those.

Fleet Managers Say
We run 22 box trucks on a food route. Since we went on their PM calendar, roadside calls are rare.
Rick A. Canyon
Derated on I-40 near Vega at 5 pm. Their truck found a bad NOx sensor and we still made the delivery.
Sandra M. Hereford
They caught cracked drums on our cattle trailer at the DOT annual. Better in their bay than on 287.

Fleet Questions
Which trucks need a DOT annual inspection?
A truck, or truck and trailer, over 10,000 pounds used in business across state lines needs one every 12 months. Texas holds trucks that stay in state to much the same rule starting at 26,001 pounds. We inspect, fix what fails and hand you the report for your file.
How long does a PM take?
A diesel pickup takes about an hour and a half. A Class 8 PM with grease, brakes, lights, tires and fluids takes 2 to 3 hours. Book the early slot and the truck is back out before lunch.
Do you fix DPF and DEF problems?
Yes. We run parked regens, clean or swap DPF filters, and chase down NOx sensor, DEF doser and EGR faults. Most derates are fixed the same day when the part is on the shelf.
Can you service our trucks at our yard?
Yes, within about 75 miles of Amarillo. Our road truck does PMs, DOT annuals, tires and brake work on site. Engine and aftertreatment jobs come into the shop.
Do you bill fleets monthly?
Yes. Fleet accounts get one invoice a month with every unit number, odometer reading and repair listed, so it drops straight into your records.
