Walk In With the Right Papers. Walk Out With an Answer.
We lend to Billings businesses for equipment, payroll gaps and growth. Tell us the loan, and we give you the exact list a lender will ask for.
What Will the Lender Ask For?
Most loans sit and wait because one paper is missing. Pick your loan, check off what you already have, and see what is left to find.
Still to Find
A sample to plan with. It is an estimate, not an offer of credit. Every loan is subject to credit approval, and your rate depends on your credit, time in business, cash flow and collateral.
Four Ways We Lend
Match the money to what it buys. Short needs get short money. Long assets get long terms.
Equipment Loans
Balers, loaders, trucks, ovens and lifts, new or used. The machine backs the loan, so approval is easier and terms run two to seven years.
Lines of Credit
For slow months and big orders. Draw it, pay it down, draw again. Interest only on what you use.
Term Loans
One amount, a fixed payment and an end date. Good for a second van or a remodel.
SBA 7(a) Through Our Partner Bank
Longer terms and lower payments for a building, a buyout or a second location. It takes 45 to 90 days and more paperwork, and we walk you through each page.
Offered a Cash Advance? Read This First.
We do not sell merchant cash advances. But owners bring them to us every week, so here is what one is.
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. A funder buys a share of your future sales and pulls a cut from your account every business day. The price is a factor rate, not an interest rate, and the total cost can be high.
- Paid over six months, that sample works out to well over 100% as an APR.
- Read the contract for a confession of judgment and for stacking rules.
- Bring it in. We will tell you plainly if a loan could pay it off for less.

What Owners Say
4.9 ★★★★★ from 86 Google reviewsHer list had eleven things on it. I showed up with all eleven, and we had a yes on the skid steer in four days.
Wade R. Shepherd
I came in with a cash advance that was eating my register. They put it in dollars on one page and moved me to a credit line.
Lupe M. Billings Heights
They told me no the first time and said why. Six months later, with a second tax return, it went through.

Questions We Hear at the Desk
Are you a lender or a broker?
We are a lender. We make equipment loans, credit lines and term loans with our own money, and we decide here in Billings. For SBA loans we work with a partner bank, and we tell you that up front.
Will looking at my options hurt my credit?
No. We start with a soft pull, which does not touch your score. We only run a hard pull after you decide to apply.
How fast can I get an answer?
With a complete file, most equipment loans get a decision in three to seven business days. Credit lines and term loans take one to three weeks. SBA loans take 45 to 90 days. A missing paper is the most common reason a loan waits.
Do you do merchant cash advances?
No. We do not sell them. If you already have one, or you were offered one, bring the contract in. We will read it with you, show the factor rate and total payback in dollars, and tell you if a loan could replace it.
What if I get turned down?
We tell you why in plain words, and what would change the answer. Often it is time in business, a thin bank balance or a missing tax return. Many owners come back in three to six months and qualify.
Not Sure Which Loan Fits?
Call and ask. Ten minutes on the phone saves a lot of paperwork.
