What Patients Say
Sample reviews written for this demo. Your site shows your real Google reviews, word for word.
My wife said I had the TV too loud for years. The exam took an hour and they explained every line of the chart. I can hear the ball game at a normal volume now.
Ron H. Sun City West
They told me my loss was mild and an over the counter pair would likely do. They even helped me set them up.
Patricia L. Sun City Grand
Bought my aids out of state and they still cleaned and adjusted them. Easy parking right off Bell Road.

Questions We Hear Every Week
Is the online tone check a real hearing test?
No. It is a quick way to notice if some tones are hard to hear. Your speakers, your room and the volume you pick all change the result. A real exam happens in a sound booth with calibrated equipment and takes about an hour.
Do I need a hearing exam to buy hearing aids?
Not always. Adults 18 and older with mild to moderate hearing loss can buy over the counter hearing aids without an exam. Prescription hearing aids are fit by an audiologist and are made for any level of loss. An exam also checks for wax, infection and other causes.
What does a hearing exam cost?
A full exam is $95 and many Medicare Advantage plans cover it. You get your results the same day, in plain words, with a copy of your chart to take home.
Can you adjust hearing aids I bought somewhere else?
Yes, for most major brands. A cleaning and check is free. A full adjustment is $75 per visit, and we tell you before we start if your model needs the maker's own software.
How long do I get to try hearing aids?
Prescription hearing aids come with a 45 day trial. Most people need two or three fine tune visits in the first month, and those are included.
Patients come from Surprise, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Sun City, El Mirage, Peoria, Goodyear, Buckeye, Waddell and Litchfield Park.
