This is worth a free call.

This is general information, not legal advice. Using this tool does not form an attorney client relationship. Deadlines can change with the facts of your case, and we are not your lawyer until we both sign an agreement.

Statute of LimitationsPennsylvania gives most injury claims two years from the day you were hurt. After that date, a court can refuse to hear the case, even a strong one.

    Crashes, Big and Small

Most of our work starts on I 95, the Schuylkill, Roosevelt Boulevard or a rowhouse block in the city. Here is what we handle.

Tractor trailer stopped on the shoulder of I 95 with police on scene
Truck crash scene on I 95 near the Girard exit

    Car Crashes

Rear end hits, T bones at city corners, and rideshare crashes. We read your own policy first, including whether you chose .

Full Tort and Limited TortA choice on your own Pennsylvania car policy. Limited tort costs less, but it can limit a claim for pain and suffering. Serious injuries are an exception. It is printed on your policy page.

    Truck and 18 Wheeler Crashes

Trucking companies send people to the scene fast. We ask for the driver logs, the black box data and the dash cam before they go missing.

    Motorcycle Crashes

Riders get blamed a lot. We rebuild what happened from the scene, the bike and the witnesses.

    Wrongful Death

When a family loses someone, we handle the claim and the estate steps so you can grieve. We move gently and we keep you told.

Maren called me back the same night. She told me to stop talking to the adjuster and she handled every call after that.

    Denise R. Upper Darby

I was hit on my bike on Spring Garden. They came to my house because I could not drive. Kind people and very clear.

    Marcus T. Northern Liberties

They explained limited tort better than my own agent did. I always knew where my case stood.

    FAQ

    Straight Answers

The questions people ask us most in the first call.

How long do I have to file an injury claim in Pennsylvania?

For most injury cases it is two years from the date you were hurt. Claims against a city agency or SEPTA also need a written notice within six months. There are a few exceptions, so ask us about your dates.

What is limited tort, and does it matter?

It is a choice on your own car insurance. Limited tort costs less, but it can limit what you claim for pain and suffering after a crash. There are exceptions for serious injuries. Bring your policy and we will read it with you.

What does it cost to talk to you?

The first talk is free. If we take your case, we work on a contingency fee. That means our fee comes out of any money we recover, and you owe no fee if there is no recovery. We explain costs in writing before you sign.

Can I still make a claim if the crash was partly my fault?

Often, yes. Pennsylvania lets you recover if you were 50 percent or less at fault. Your share of the blame lowers the amount. Do not guess at fault on your own. Let us look at the facts.

Should I talk to the other driver's insurance company?

You can give your name and contact details. You do not have to give a recorded statement. It is fine to say you will call them back after you speak with a lawyer.
