What if we already have an IT person?
Good. We can take the after hours work, backups and security off their plate and leave the day to day with them. Plenty of our offices run that way.
Do you come on site or is it all remote?
Most fixes happen remotely in a few minutes. When something needs hands, a tech drives out, usually the next business day anywhere in Utah County.
Is there a long contract?
Plans run month to month after the first 90 days. Those first 90 days pay for the setup work we do up front.
Are Microsoft 365 or Google licenses included?
No. We buy them for you at cost and put them on the same bill, so you can see exactly what they run.
Can you help a dental office get ready for a HIPAA review?
Yes. We run the yearly risk review, fix what it finds and sign a business associate agreement. We can't promise how an audit goes, but your paperwork will be ready.
