    From 74 Google reviews

Tenant complaints about the restrooms dropped to almost nothing once the porter started rounds.

    Megan L., property manager, Lowertown

Salt used to wreck our terrazzo every winter. This was the first spring it did not need a refinish.

    Tom H., building engineer, Roseville

They sent the product sheets before I asked. Our sustainability report was easy this year.

    Questions From Property Managers

What does a day porter actually do?

A porter keeps the building looking right while people are in it. That means lobby glass, entry mats, restroom checks and restocking, trash rounds, spills, conference room resets and quick jobs your tenants call in.

Are green products strong enough for restrooms?

For daily cleaning, yes. We use Green Seal certified cleaners for most surfaces. For restrooms and high touch spots we use a registered disinfectant on a schedule, because some jobs need one. We tell you which product goes where.

How do you handle salt season?

From about November to March, porters add extra rounds for entry mats, salt residue and wet floors near the doors. We use a neutral floor cleaner that lifts salt without dulling stone or terrazzo.

Can tenants ask the porter for help directly?

That is up to you. Most managers give tenants a text number that reaches the porter and copies the building office, so every request is on record.

Do you do night cleaning too?

Yes. Many buildings pair a day porter with a night crew for vacuuming, floors and full restroom cleans. One contract and one contact for both.
