We run an auto scrubber over tile and sealed concrete once a month and put down a fresh coat of finish. A full strip and wax is quoted on its own, usually once a year.
Inside glass only, up to about 10 feet. Outside windows above the first floor need a lift or ropes, and we quote those separately.
Door handles, light switches, rails, elevator buttons, faucets and shared desks, wiped with an EPA registered disinfectant and left wet for the full contact time on the label.

      What Office Managers Say

      4.9
      ★★★★★112 Google reviews

We switched after our last company kept skipping the second floor. Two years in and I have not had one complaint from staff.

Renee M. Office manager, Forest Acres

Our clinic needs exam rooms done right. They follow our checklist and the nightly text tells me what they found.

Dr. Alan P. Family practice, Lexington

The walkthrough price was the price. No surprise add ons three months later.

Where we clean. Columbia, West Columbia, Cayce, Lexington, Irmo, Forest Acres, Blythewood, Chapin and Elgin. Crews are out Sunday through Friday nights.

Questions Managers Ask Before They Switch

Ask anything else on the walkthrough. It is free and takes about 30 minutes.

Is it the same crew every night?

Yes. Each building gets a regular crew of one to three people and a lead who knows it. When someone is out sick, the lead covers or brings a trained fill in and tells you first.

How do you handle keys and alarm codes?

Keys live in a locked box at our office, logged in and out by name. Each crew member gets their own alarm code, so your alarm log shows who came and went.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Every person passes a background check before their first shift. We carry general liability, workers comp and a janitorial bond, and we send the certificates before the walkthrough.

Do you handle medical waste at clinics?

No. Sharps and red bag waste stay with your licensed medical waste company. We clean and disinfect exam rooms, restrooms and waiting areas, and we follow your infection control list.

      How long is the contract?

Month to month after the first 90 days. You can end it with 30 days notice. Most buildings stay because the work stays good, not because a contract says so.
