A Cleanout, at the Family's Pace
Every house is different. This is what most of our estate cleanouts in Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights look like.
We Walk the House With You
Room by room, you show us what stays in the family. We tag it, wrap it and box it by name. China, quilts and tools get the same care.
Careful Hands on Old Stairs
Cleveland doubles and colonials have tight turns. We pad the banisters and door frames and carry out the big pieces slowly.
What Would Your Cleanout Take?
A few answers give you a rough plan, a crew size, how many days, and what the family should set aside first. We confirm it all on a free walk through.
Kind Words We Keep
I live in Denver and could not be there. They found my dad's Navy letters in a coat pocket and mailed them to me.
Karen D. Shaker Heights
My brother's house was hard to walk into. They never made him feel bad. It took four days and he thanked them at the door.
Marcus J. Euclid
They came in after the estate sale and had it broom clean for the realtor two days later.

What Families Ask Us
Does the family need to be there?
Only for the first walk through, and even that can be a video call if you live out of state. Many of our families are in other cities. We send photos at the end of each day.
What happens to things you find?
Cash, jewelry, photos, papers and anything personal go into a sealed box for the family. We never throw away paperwork without asking first.
Will the neighbors know?
Our trucks and shirts are plain, with no name on them. We park close, work quietly and keep the front door shut.
Do you work with estate sale companies and realtors?
Yes. We often come in after the estate sale ends and clear what is left, so the house is ready to list. We can meet the realtor or the lockbox.
How is a hoarding cleanout different?
It moves slower on purpose. We never shame anyone. The person can be part of every choice, and we bring masks, gloves and a cleaning crew for the end.
When You Are Ready, We Are Here
No pressure and no rush. Call, and Ruth will listen first and plan second.
