Hurt by a Recalled Drug or Device?

Start with your records. We take product injury cases across South Jersey and Philadelphia, and a lawyer reads every file.

Four Questions Before You Call

Answer what you can. You get the records to gather and what happens next. Nothing you pick here is sent anywhere.

Step 1 of 4

What We Handle

Cases about medicines and medical devices that were recalled or pulled from the market. We describe them in general terms here. A full site has a plain page for each one.

Holding a pill bottle at the kitchen sink

Recalled Medicines

For example, a recalled heartburn medicine taken for years. We look at how long you took it, what your doctor found and when.

Recalled Medical Devices

For example, a recalled hernia mesh that led to pain, infection or a second surgery. The device record from your surgery matters most.

How a Case Starts Here

  1. You call or text

A paralegal takes the call, writes down your story and asks the same four questions as the screener. About fifteen minutes.

  2. A lawyer reads it

Within two business days a lawyer reviews your notes and calls you back, even if the answer is no.

  3. We collect your records

With your signed OK, we request pharmacy, doctor and hospital records. You don't chase paperwork.

  4. You get a straight answer

We tell you in plain words if we can take the case, what it could cost you and how long it may take.

They got every pharmacy record back to 2014. I didn't have to make one phone call.

Denise K. Voorhees

The lawyer called me back in two days and told me honestly what the process looks like.

Frank A. Haddonfield

First thing they said was keep taking my medicine until I talk to my doctor. That told me a lot.

Questions People Ask First

Should I stop taking my medicine?

Do not stop taking any prescribed medication without talking to your doctor. Stopping a drug on your own can be dangerous. Your doctor can tell you if there is a safer choice.

Does it cost anything to talk to you?

No. The first call and the file review are free. If we take your case, we are paid a share of what we recover, and nothing if we recover nothing. Case costs are explained in writing before you sign.

Is this a class action?

Usually not. In a mass tort, many people bring their own cases about the same product. Your case keeps your own facts, your own records and your own result.

How long do these cases take?

Often years, not months. Product cases move in large groups through the courts. We tell you where your case stands and call you when something changes.

What if I don't have my old records?

That is normal. With your signed OK, we request them from your pharmacy, your doctors and the hospital. Anything you still have helps us start faster.

Have a Paralegal Call You

Just a first name and a phone number. We ask the rest on the call.
