Know What's in the Wood Before You Close
Careful termite inspections in New Orleans for buyers, sellers and owners. We crawl under the house, go up in the attic and write down every finding with a photo.
Termite Risk Check
Five questions about your house. You get a risk level and what an inspection would look at. This is a guide, not a finding. Only an inspection can tell you what is in the wood.

Client Notes
The report had 41 photos and a map of the crawl space. Our lender took it with no questions and we closed on time.
Jasmine T. Mid City
He found old damage, not live termites, and showed me the difference. Saved me from paying for a treatment I did not need.
Paul B. Metairie
Wings all over the window sill in May. They came the next day and walked me through every photo.

Common Questions
What does a termite inspection include?
We check the whole house inside and out. That means the crawl space or slab edge, piers, sills, porches, attic, bathrooms, window frames and anywhere wood meets soil or water. You get a written report with photos and a plain list of what we found.
Do you do WDI reports for home sales?
Yes. We write the Wood Destroying Insect report lenders and buyers ask for. Most are done within two business days of the call, and we send it to you and your agent.
When do Formosan termites swarm in New Orleans?
Mostly from late April through June, on warm, humid evenings right around dusk. They fly to lights. If you find piles of small wings on window sills, call us and save a few in a bag.
How long does an inspection take?
About one to two hours for most homes. Raised houses with a crawl space and older homes with add ons take longer. You can be there or not, and we walk you through the findings either way.
Do you treat, or only inspect?
Both. If we find activity, the report lists treatment options with prices. You are never asked to decide on the spot, and the report is yours to share with any company.
