Good Questions
Is the treatment safe for my kids and pets?
Yes, when used the way we use it. Inside, we use gels and baits placed where kids and pets can't reach. Outside sprays dry in about 30 minutes, and we tell you when it's fine to let the dog back out.
Why do I still see bugs after a treatment?
For the first week or two, you may see more bugs, not fewer. The treatment flushes them out of the walls. If you still see them after two weeks, we come back for free.
Are palmetto bugs the same as cockroaches?
Yes. Palmetto bug is the local name for the American cockroach. They live outside and wander in. A barrier around the house keeps most of them out.
How often should a Florida home be treated?
Every three months works for most homes. Bugs never really take the winter off here, so steady treatment keeps them from building up.
