Do you really come out at night?
Yes. We keep trucks and crews on call every night, weekends and holidays too. A person answers the phone, not a machine. Night calls cost more, and we tell you the price before we roll.
Why does my toilet gurgle when the washer drains?
That usually means the main sewer line is partly blocked. The water has nowhere to go, so it pushes air back up through other drains. It tends to get worse fast, so call before it backs up into a tub.
What is a sewer camera inspection?
We push a small waterproof camera down your sewer line and watch it on a screen with you. It shows roots, breaks, sags and grease. You get the video, so you know what you are paying to fix.
Are roots in the sewer line common in Charlotte?
Very common. Many older homes here have clay or cast iron lines, and our big oaks and willow oaks love them. Roots get in at the joints. We can cut them out, and a camera shows if the pipe needs a fix.
Should I use drain cleaner from the store?
We would skip it. It rarely clears a main line clog, it can hurt old pipes, and it makes the job unsafe for whoever opens the drain next. A plunger is fine. Past that, call us.
