Our heater died on a Sunday night. They had a new one in by Monday lunch and showed me the old anode rod so I could see why.

    Megan R. Aurora

He told me my 9 year old tank just needed a new thermocouple. Could have sold me a new one. Did not.

    Luis P. Lakewood

Shoe covers, a drop cloth and zero mess. The tankless install looks better than the photos on their site.

    Questions We Get Every Week

How long does a water heater last in Denver?

Most tank heaters last 8 to 12 years here. Our hard water leaves scale in the bottom of the tank, and that wears it out faster. A yearly flush helps a lot. A tankless unit can run 20 years with care.

    Is tankless worth it?

It depends on your house. Tankless costs more up front and may need a bigger gas line or new venting. It pays off if you plan to stay a long time or keep running out of hot water. We will price both so you can compare.

Do you pull a permit for a new water heater?

Yes, every time. Denver and most nearby cities require one. We file it, and a city inspector checks the vent, gas line and relief valve. The permit fee is in your price.

Can you come today if I have no hot water?

Most days, yes. Call before noon and we can usually be there that afternoon. We carry the common tank sizes on our vans, so many swaps are done the same day.

    Do you clean drains too?

Yes. We clear kitchen, bath and main line clogs with a cable machine. If a main line keeps backing up, we run a camera to see why before we quote a fix.
