“They went through our old statement line by line. We were paying 3.4 percent at a plate lunch counter. Not anymore.”

Remy B. Broussard

“Kitchen screens went in on a Monday night. By Friday lunch the line was calling tickets off the screen like always.”

Toni L. Scott

“They stayed for our first Saturday rush with the handhelds. That is the part other companies skip.”

Questions From the Counter

Why do card fees depend on my card mix?

Every card type has its own base rate set by the card networks. Debit cards cost the least. Rewards and business cards cost the most. A lunch spot full of company cards pays more than a snowball stand paid in debit.

Is flat rate or interchange plus better?

Flat rate is simple and often fine under about $10,000 a month in card sales. Above that, interchange plus usually costs less, because you pay the real base rate plus a small fixed markup. We show you both from your own statement.

Can I keep my menu and items when I switch?

Yes. We move your menu, modifiers and item list over before install day, and we check the prices with you line by line.

What happens if the internet goes out?

The registers keep taking cards in offline mode and send them through when the internet comes back. We set a limit with you so a big order does not sit unpaid for long.

Do you install after hours?

Yes. Most restaurant installs happen after close or on your slow day, and we stay for the first busy shift.
