You Are Calling Because You Love Them
We treat adults with alcohol and drug use in Greenville. We also help the parents and spouses who love them.
How to Help Someone You Love

Letters From Families
Sample reviews written for this demo. Your site shows your real Google reviews, word for word.
I went to the Tuesday group for four months before my daughter was ready. When she finally said yes, I knew exactly who to call.
Karen W. Simpsonville
Nobody made me feel like a bad husband for not seeing it sooner. They gave me words to use that did not start a fight.
Andre J. Greer
The counselor called me every Friday with an update, like they promised. That weekly call got me through.

What Families Ask Us First
Can I come to the family group if my loved one is not in treatment?
Yes. The Tuesday group is free and open to any parent, spouse or family member in the Upstate. Many people start coming long before their loved one is ready.
Can I make my adult child go to treatment?
Usually not. Adults choose their own care, except in rare court cases. What you can change is how you talk to them and what you will and will not do. Families who learn this often see their loved one open up to help. Results vary.
Where do I get naloxone in Greenville?
Any pharmacy in South Carolina can sell Narcan nasal spray without a prescription. We also hand out free kits and show you how to use one at every Tuesday family group.
Will you tell me how my loved one is doing?
Only if they sign a release. Federal privacy law protects people in treatment. Most people do sign one, and then their counselor calls you every week.
Does insurance pay for the family program?
Family sessions are often covered as part of your loved one's care. The Tuesday group and our Saturday workshops are free for everyone.
