Flood, fire and mold. Day or night.

A Hard Day at Home. You Do Not Have to Sort It Out Alone.

We are a Nashville family business. We will come out, explain what we see in plain words, and take care of the house while you take care of your people.

A Note From Our Owner

If You Are Reading This, Something Went Wrong Today

Maybe the creek came up. Maybe a pipe let go while you were at work, or the kitchen caught fire. Whatever it was, I am sorry. It is a lot.

Here is what I can promise. We will pick up the phone. We will tell you what we see, even when the news is not good. And we will treat your home and the things in it the way we would want our own treated.

What to Do Now

A general guide for clean water in a closed up house. Warm, humid weather speeds things up. Every home is different.

    Three Kinds of Hard Days

Most calls are one of these. Each one gets a lead who stays with you from the first visit to the last walk through.

    Water Damage

    Dry, Room by Room

We get the water out, set fans and dehumidifiers, and check every wall each day until it reads dry. Your photos and papers go up and out of harm's way first.

Usually three to five days of drying

    Mold Remediation

    Sealed Off and Done Carefully

We wall off the area with plastic, clean the air as we work, and remove the mold at the source. Then we fix the moisture that let it grow.

Our basement flooded the week my dad passed. They were patient and kind, and they saved every photo album.

    Jenna M. Franklin

They sat at our kitchen table and explained it all before a single fan came off the truck. That meant a lot.

    Marcus H. Hendersonville

After our kitchen fire, the smell was gone in a week. They handled the adjuster so I did not have to.

    Things Families Ask Us

Where do we start after a flood or fire?

Start with safety, then call us and your insurance company. You do not need to have answers. We will walk through the house with you, explain what we see and write down a plan you can keep.

Can you save family photos and keepsakes?

Often, yes. Wet photos, papers and books can be frozen to stop damage, then dried slowly. Tell us what matters most and we will pack those things first and handle them by hand.

Do we have to move out?

Most families stay home during drying. The fans are loud, but the house is safe. For mold removal, sewage or smoke, you may need to stay away for a few days. Many policies help pay for that.

How do we know the mold is really gone?

We seal off the area, remove the mold, clean the air and dry the wood. Then we show you the moisture readings. For larger jobs, you can hire an outside tester to check our work, and we encourage it.

Will you talk to our insurance adjuster?

Yes, if you want us to. We send photos, moisture logs and a line by line estimate. You stay in charge of your claim, and we keep you copied on everything.

Call When You Are Ready. We Will Be Here.

A real person answers, day or night. It is fine to call just to ask what to do.
