Two Visits a Year Keep the Buckets Away

Called at 1 am with water on a pallet of paper goods. A real person picked up and a crew was on the roof before our morning shift.

      Dana W. Rivergate

They told us the roof had years left and only needed the drains done twice a year. Nobody else said that.

      Hector R. Clackamas

The photo report went straight to our property owner. No back and forth.

What People Ask on the Leak Line

Can you fix a leak while it is still raining?

We can stop most leaks for now. In the rain we tarp, seal or patch to keep water out, then come back on a dry day for the lasting repair. New membrane does not bond well to a wet roof.

Should my maintenance crew go up and look?

Only if they are trained and tied off, and never on a wet roof after dark. A slick membrane and a skylight are how people get hurt. Photos from inside and the location of the drip help us more.

Do you only work on roofs you installed?

No. Most of our calls are roofs someone else put on. We repair EPDM, TPO, PVC, built up, modified bitumen and metal roofs. If the roof is still under a maker's warranty, we tell you first so you do not void it.

What does a leak call cost?

In this demo a daytime leak call starts at $395 for the first two hours on site, and after hours calls start at $595. A temporary tarp or patch is usually $450 to $1,200. You get a written price before any lasting repair starts.

Can you work with our insurance claim?

Yes. We take dated photos, write down the cause we find and send a report you can give your adjuster. What the policy pays is between you and your carrier.
