Slide stuck open at La Posa with wind coming. He was there by noon and had it in by one.

    Dale K., Quartzsite

He sent our warranty company the photos and waited for the OK. We only paid the deductible.

Sue and Ron B., Lake Havasu City

Fridge quit on gas. Found a dirty burner in twenty minutes and did not try to sell us a new one.

Do you come out to BLM land and the LTVAs?

Yes. We work La Posa, Dome Rock and the other spots around Quartzsite all winter. Text us a pin drop and a photo of the rig so we can find you in the desert.

    Is there a trip charge?

Yes. Inside Lake Havasu City it is $95. Parker and Quartzsite run $145 because of the drive. If two rigs in the same park book the same day, you split it.

Will you work on my engine or brakes?

No. We fix the house part of the rig, meaning roofs, slides, appliances, plumbing and 12 volt. Engine, transmission, brakes and tires go to a truck shop, and we can tell you which ones treat RV owners well.

Can you handle my extended service contract claim?

Yes. Send us the contract number before the visit. We send the claims adjuster photos and our diagnosis, then wait for approval before we start. You pay your deductible and we bill the rest to the plan.

How soon can you get to me?

Most weeks, within two or three days. January and February in Quartzsite book up fast, so call before you roll in. A slide stuck open or no AC in summer gets moved to the front.

Parked and Stuck? Call the Truck.

Open 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. Summer AC calls start at sunrise.
