Blew a steer tire at 3 am north of town. They quoted the call out on the phone and had me rolling in under an hour.

Rogelio S. Laredo

I dispatch 40 trucks out of San Antonio. Mile Zero is the number we give every driver who runs the border.

Karen L. San Antonio

Reefer quit with a load of produce in the yard. Tech showed up in 30 minutes and saved the load.

Where We Run

Laredo and the bridge yards, El Cenizo and Rio Bravo, I-35 to Encinal and Cotulla, US 59 to Freer, US 83 to Zapata, and TX 359 to Hebbronville.

Before You Call

How fast can you get to me?

Inside Laredo and at the bridge yards, most calls see a truck in 25 to 50 minutes. Out to Encinal plan on about an hour, and Cotulla closer to two. Dispatch gives you a real time when you call and texts you when the truck leaves.

What does a road call cost?

The call out runs $175 to $225 in town and more the farther out you are. Labor is $145 an hour and parts are extra. Nights, Sundays and holidays add $50 to the call out. Dispatch tells you the call out price before the truck rolls.

Can you get me out of a derate?

Often, yes. We plug in the laptop, read the codes and run a parked regen, or swap a NOx sensor or DEF part if we have it on the truck. A plugged DPF or a failed SCR catalyst needs a shop, and we will tell you that before you pay for more time.

Do you work on loaded trailers and bonded loads?

Yes. We fix tires, air and lights on loaded trailers every night, and we never touch a seal. Tell dispatch if the load is in bond or placarded so we send the right tech.

How do I pay?

Company check codes, fleet cards and credit cards all work. Most carriers set up an account with us so the driver never has to pay on the shoulder.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Hablamos español. Every dispatcher and most of our techs speak both, day and night.

Stuck on the Shoulder Right Now?

A dispatcher answers every call, every hour. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
