We Carry the Paperwork So You Can Rest

First Applications

We fill out the forms with you, list every doctor, and write down how your day really goes. A good first file can save months.

Appeals and

Denied? We file the appeal on time and ask your doctors for the records SSA did not have.

Hearings

We prepare you for the questions the asks and sit beside you the whole time. Marcus has done hearings in the Little Rock office for 16 years.

What It Costs

Nothing up front. If you win back pay, the fee comes out of it. If you do not, you owe us no fee.

  • Federal law caps the fee at 25 percent of past due benefits or $9,200, whichever is less.
  • SSA has to approve the fee and pays us directly. You never write us a check for it.
  • Costs like copies of records are small, and we tell you before they happen.

Questions We Hear Every Week

Can I work while I apply for disability?

You can work a little. But if you earn more than a monthly limit that Social Security sets each year, it can end your claim. Call us before you take a job or add hours.

What is the difference between SSDI and SSI?

SSDI is for people who worked and paid Social Security taxes long enough. SSI is for people with low income and few savings. Some people qualify for both. We handle both.

How much does a disability lawyer cost?

Nothing up front. If you win back pay, our fee comes out of it. Federal law caps the fee at 25 percent of your past due benefits or a dollar cap set by Social Security, whichever is less. The cap has been $9,200 since November 30, 2024.

How long does the whole process take?

It depends on the stage. A first decision often takes six months or more. If you need a hearing, the whole process can take well over a year. We tell you where your claim stands every time you call.

Should I appeal or start a new application?

An appeal usually keeps your first filing date, which can matter for back pay. A new application starts over. Ask us before you choose. The call is free.
