Your Exit Options, in Order

Tell us a little about your timeshare. The guide puts the routes in the order we would try them, cheapest first.

Is it paid off?
Are you current on fees?

General information, not legal advice. No one can guarantee an exit, and the resort makes the final call. A lawyer reads your contract before we suggest any paid step.

Our Fee, Written Down

You get a one page agreement before you pay anything.

The agreement spells out

  • exactly what we will do, and what we won't
  • the one flat fee, with no monthly charges
  • our refund policy, shown here on the live site
  • what happens if the resort says no
  • that no one can guarantee an exit

Signed by the attorney handling your file, not a salesperson.

Signs an Exit Company Is a Scam

  • They called you first
  • They promise a sure exit
  • They say a buyer is waiting
  • They want a big fee before any written deal
  • They want a wire, gift card or crypto
  • They tell you to stop paying the resort
  • They claim to work for the resort or the government
  • They push you to sign today

Ask any company for a lawyer's name and bar number, then look it up yourself. You can also check complaints with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau before you pay anyone, including us.

Questions Owners Ask

Can you guarantee I get out of my timeshare?

No, and nobody honestly can. The resort decides whether to take it back. We tell you your real options, do the work we agree to in writing, and tell you plainly if the answer is no.

Should I stop paying my maintenance fees?

Not on anyone's say so, including ours, until you understand the risk. Unpaid fees can go to collections, hurt your credit and in some cases lead to foreclosure on the timeshare. Talk to a lawyer first.

Why try the resort's own program first?

Because it can be free or close to it. Many large resorts have a deed back or exit program for owners who are paid off and current. If yours does, you may not need us at all.

What does your help cost?

One flat fee, in writing, before any work starts. Our sample fee for a negotiated release is $1,950 and a contract review is $350. The refund policy is in the same agreement.

How long does it take?

A resort program can take a few weeks. A negotiated release often takes three to nine months. Anyone who promises a date is guessing.
