Run the Numbers Before You Pay Anyone

A father and daughter law firm in Branson. We help timeshare owners by phone and mail, for a flat fee in writing.

What Keeping It Could Cost

Put in your yearly maintenance fee from your last bill. See what it adds up to if the fee keeps rising.

$
010 percent

Look at your last three bills. Many owners see 3 to 7 percent a year.

Years ahead
$0total fees over 10 years
$0the yearly fee in year 10
Next yearYear 10

This is math on your own numbers, not advice to exit. Your resort sets the real increase. No one can guarantee an exit, and many owners decide to keep their week.

Try These First, for Free

You may not need a lawyer at all. We tell every caller to try these before paying anyone, us included.

  1. Ask the resort to take it back

Many resorts have a deed back or surrender program for owners who are paid off and current. Call owner services and ask for it by name.

  2. Give it to someone who wants it

A family member or friend who uses the week may take over the deed. The resort has to approve the transfer.

  3. Read your contract again

If you bought in the last few days, you may still be inside the cancel period. Check the date on your papers tonight.

Our Fee, Written Out

One flat fee, signed by the lawyer on your file, before any work starts. No monthly charges.

Questions Owners Ask

Can you promise to get me out?

No. No one can guarantee a timeshare exit, and you should walk away from anyone who does. The resort decides. We do the work in our written agreement and tell you plainly if the answer is no.

Do I have to come to Branson?

No. Most of our clients live hours away and bought on a vacation here. We work by phone, video and mail, and you sign papers at home.

Should I stop paying my fees while you work on it?

We do not tell clients to stop paying. Unpaid fees can go to collections, hurt your credit and can lead to foreclosure on the timeshare. We talk through the risk with you before anything changes.

What if the resort says no?

Then we tell you, in writing, and explain what is left to try. What happens to your fee in that case is spelled out in the agreement before you pay.

Is the fee projector advice to exit?

No. It only adds up your own numbers. Some owners run it and decide to keep their week. That is a fine answer too.
