Questions Before We Roll Out
Do I need to be there when you fix my tire?
No. Leave the car where we can reach it and text us a photo of the tire and where the car is parked. Most people leave the key in a lockbox or with the front desk. We text you when it is done and you pay by card link.
Can you patch a tire with a plug from the outside?
We don't. A plug from the outside is a roadside fix. We take the tire off the wheel, check the inside for damage, and put in a plug patch from the inside, then balance it. That is the repair the tire makers accept.
Do you work in parking decks?
Most of them, yes. Our van is under 7 feet tall. Tell us the deck and level when you text. A few UAB and downtown decks don't allow outside service, so we meet you at the curb or a surface lot.
What if my tire can't be fixed?
We quote a new tire on the phone before we drive out. If it is in stock at the Birmingham warehouse by noon, we put it on the same day. The trip fee is waived when you buy two or more tires.
Do you come out in the rain?
Yes, most days. We carry a canopy. In lightning we wait it out in the van and text you the new time.
