    How fast can a truck get to me?

    Inside I-285 most calls get a truck in 25 to 45 minutes. Out past the perimeter it can be closer to an hour at rush hour. Dispatch gives you a real time on the phone and texts you when the driver is on the way.

    Do I need a flatbed for an all wheel drive car?

    Yes, in almost every case. Towing an AWD car with two wheels on the ground can burn up the transfer case or center diff. We send a flatbed, or put the free end on dollies for a short move out of a tight garage.

    What should I do while I wait on the interstate?

    Turn on your flashers. If you can get well off the road behind the guardrail, do that. If not, stay in the car with your seat belt on. Never stand between your car and traffic.

    Can you tow my car to the dealer after hours?

    Yes. Most dealers and shops have a night drop box for keys. Tell dispatch where it's going and we'll leave the car in their lot and text you a photo when it's dropped.

    Do you buy junk cars?
