Do I get to pick my lane?
You pick the kind of run. The exact lane depends on what is open when you start. Your recruiter tells you what is open that week, not what might open someday.
Do I get paid during orientation?
Yes. Orientation is three days in Harrisburg and it is paid. Drivers from more than an hour away get a hotel room.
