Yes. We port it from your old carrier. Most local numbers move in 7 to 10 business days, and your old line keeps working until the switch.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls ring through to the app on your cell phone, or forward to any number you pick. Customers still reach you.
Do I need new desk phones?
Not always. Some newer desk phones can be moved over. We check your model numbers for free before you buy anything.
Can customers text my business number?
Yes. Texts come into the app, and anyone on your team can answer them. Carriers require a one time registration first, which takes 1 to 3 weeks.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. You pay month to month, and the phones you buy are yours to keep.
