Monthly visits, a dietitian, meal plans built around Valley food, and weekly check ins by text.
Medication Evaluation $149 to $249 a month
Our doctor reviews your labs and history and decides if a GLP-1 medicine is safe for you. Medicine cost is separate and depends on insurance.

The Straight Talk on GLP-1 Medicine
GLP-1 medicines help many people feel full sooner. They are not right for everyone, and they work best with the habits you build alongside them.
We only prescribe FDA approved medicines through a licensed pharmacy. If you stop, weight often comes back, so we plan for that from day one.
Sample prices for this demo. Medicine is billed by the pharmacy and depends on your insurance.
Side effects we talk about up front
- Nausea and an upset stomach, mostly in the first weeks
- Constipation or loose stools
- Feeling tired while your body adjusts
- Rare but serious problems like pancreatitis, which is why we check your history first
We start low and go slow. Your nurse calls you in week one and week two.
What Patients Say
Sample reviews written for this demo. Your site shows your real Google reviews, word for word.
The doctor told me to wait on the shot and fix my sleep first. I trusted them more after that.
Norma G.Edinburg
My sugar numbers came down and my nurse actually calls me back. Everything was explained in Spanish for my mom too.
Rick S.Mission
No pressure and no surprise bills. They checked my insurance before I paid a thing.

Questions We Hear Every Week
Patients drive in from McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen and Rio Grande City.
Will I get a GLP-1 shot at my first visit?
Not always. First our doctor reviews your health history, checks your labs and talks with you about goals. If a GLP-1 medicine is safe and makes sense for you, we can start it after that. Some people do better with coaching alone.
Does insurance cover weight loss medicine?
Sometimes. Many plans cover it for type 2 diabetes and fewer cover it for weight alone. We check your plan before you start and tell you the real cost, including the pharmacy price if it is not covered.
What are the side effects of GLP-1 medicines?
The most common are nausea, an upset stomach and constipation, mostly in the first weeks. We start at a low dose and go up slowly. Your nurse checks in often, and you can call us with any worry.
How much weight will I lose?
We cannot promise a number, and nobody honest can. Results vary with your health, your medicine and your habits. We set a first goal together and track it at every visit.
Do you see patients in Spanish?
Yes. Our doctor, nurses and front desk all speak Spanish, and every handout comes in both languages.
Start With One Honest Visit
Bring your questions and your medicine list. You leave with your labs ordered and a plan, even if the plan is no medicine at all.
