    Questions at the Counter

    Can I keep my number if I switch?

    Yes. Bring your account number and transfer PIN from your old carrier. We move the number while you wait, and your old line closes when the new one turns on.

    How do I know if my phone is unlocked?

    Bring it in and we check for free in about two minutes. A phone that is still on a payment plan is almost always locked to that carrier until it is paid off.

    How long does a screen repair take?

    Most screens take 30 to 60 minutes if we have the part. For less common models we order it and call you when it comes in, usually in one or two days.

    Is prepaid worse than a monthly plan?

    Not always. Prepaid often runs on the same towers. You may get slower speeds when the network is busy, and fewer phone deals. For many families it costs less each month.

    Do you move photos and contacts to a new phone?

    Yes, free with any new phone or plan. Bring both phones and your passwords, and give us about 30 minutes.
