Cooling System Repair Before It Overheats

Temp gauge climbing? Sweet smell? Puddle under the car? I find the leak and fix it at your place.

Quick Answer

Temp gauge climbing? Sweet smell? Puddle under the car? I find the leak and fix it at your place. The diagnostic is $125 and half of it comes off if I do the repair.

Hoses, Radiators and Water Pumps

Most cooling problems are a leak. It can be a hose, the radiator, the water pump or a thermostat stuck shut. I pressure test the system to find it.

Stop Driving If It Overheats

Driving hot can warp the head and turn a small repair into a big one. If the gauge is in the red, pull over and call. I'll come to the car.

Done in Your Driveway

Hoses, thermostats and many radiators are mobile friendly jobs. I bring the coolant and the tools.

Questions

Cooling System Repair Questions

Can I just add coolant?

To get home, yes. But coolant doesn't disappear on its own. Something is leaking and it should be found.

Why is my heater blowing cold?

Low coolant or a stuck thermostat are the common causes. Both are things I check on a cooling diagnostic.

How much is the diagnostic?

The diagnostic is $125. I come to you, find what is wrong, and tell you what it needs before any work starts.

Does the diagnostic fee go toward the repair?

Yes. If you have me do the repair, half the diagnostic fee goes toward it. That is $62.50 off your bill.
