How to Add Your Business to Trustpilot

A public review site where customers rate businesses, and a business can claim its profile page.

6 steps, checked November 5, 2026.

Trustpilot in Short

Best ForCollecting and showing customer reviews
CostThe free plan lets you claim your profile and includes 50 review invitations each month. Paid plans are Plus from $319 per month per domain and Premium from $799 per month per domain, both billed annually. Enterprise is priced through sales. The site says all contracts are a 12 month commitment.
AccountA free Trustpilot Business account tied to your business website
How It Checks YouUse an email address on your own website's domain, or verify the domain another way such as a domain email, file upload, Google Search Console, meta tag or DNS record.

What to Have Ready

  • Business website address
  • An email address on that website's domain
  • Access to your website or domain settings if you must verify the domain

Set Up Your Listing

  1. Open the Trustpilot Business site and click Create free account.
  2. Enter your business details, including your website address.
  3. Use an email address that ends with your own website's domain if you can, because setup then finishes without extra steps.
  4. If your email uses a different domain, verify your domain inside your Trustpilot account.
  5. Pick one verification method such as domain email, file upload, Google Search Console, meta tag or DNS record.
  6. Do verification only from inside your account, never from links in unexpected emails.

Sites move their buttons around. If a screen looks different, look for words like add, claim or list your business.

Tips for This Site

  • Trustpilot warns that fake emails ask businesses to verify. It will not ask you to verify through email links.
  • Search for your business first so you claim an existing profile instead of making a second one.
  • The free plan has limited tools, so do not buy a paid plan just to be listed.
