Who We Are
Clickflame is a digital marketing studio. This page covers your use of clickflame.com. Work we do for a client is covered by the agreement we sign with that client, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.
What This Site Is
The pages here describe what we do and show work we have done. Nothing on the site is a quote, a contract, or a promise of a result for your business. A quote is the number we give you after we have looked at your market.
Results
Search rankings, ad costs and conversion rates depend on your market, your competitors and decisions made by platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee a position, a traffic number or a revenue figure, and any figure shown from past work is what happened for that business rather than a forecast for yours.
Your Use of the Site
Read it, use it, link to it. Do not copy it in bulk to rebuild it somewhere else, and do not use the contact details on it for unsolicited sales messages. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to anything here.
Our Work and Who Owns It
The Clickflame name, logo and site design are ours. Work produced for a client, and the accounts it lives in, are covered by that client agreement. Client names, logos and screenshots appear here under the license in Using Your Business in Our Marketing.
Client Names and Logos
As a Clickflame client, you give Clickflame and its sister brands, including Supercanic and the Pocketverse game at game.vyebe.com, permission to show your business name, logo and trademarks to identify you as a client and to advertise your business and ours. That covers this site, ads, case studies and in-game sponsor art such as coins and billboards. We use your marks as you provide them, never in a misleading or disparaging way, and we don't claim to own them. This permission is part of the license in the next section and does not end on request. If you would rather we not feature your marks in new material, write to us and we will consider it, and material already published can stay as it was. If your signed client agreement says something different, the agreement controls.
Using Your Business in Our Marketing
By using our services, our software or this site, including by hiring us or buying a service, booking a call, submitting your business or website through a form or one of our free tools, or sending us photos, video, logos, reviews or other content, you grant Clickflame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit and make derivative works from the following, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, portfolios, case studies, demos and reproductions.
- Your business name, trade names, logos and trademarks, and your public business information, such as your address, service area, hours and listings.
- The website, ads, video and other work we build or produce for you, including screenshots and recordings of it.
- Photos, video and audio you send us, and photos and video taken in the course of our services.
- Reviews, ratings and testimonials you give us or post about us, along with the name you gave them under.
You confirm that you own or have the right to grant this license for anything you send us. No payment is owed to you for these uses, and we do not need your approval of any particular ad.
This license does not cover two things, and we never use them in our ads. The first is your customers' personal information, their phone numbers and any SMS text consent. Those are covered by our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, and they are never sold. The second is the face, voice or likeness of an identifiable person. We use those in advertising only with that person's signed written release, as California Civil Code §3344 requires.

We link to other sites and tools. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish or do.
Limit on Liability
This site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with this site, taken together, is limited to $800, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Liability for paid work is governed by the client agreement. Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot be waived.
Changes
These terms will change from time to time. The current version is always at this address, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing Law
California law governs these terms. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts sitting in California.
