Who we are
Clickflame is a digital marketing studio. This page covers your use of clickflame.com. Work we do for a client is covered by the agreement we sign with that client, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.
What this site is
The pages here describe what we do and show work we have done. Nothing on the site is a quote, a contract, or a promise of a result for your business. A quote is the number we give you after we have looked at your market.
Results
Search rankings, ad costs and conversion rates depend on your market, your competitors and decisions made by platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee a position, a traffic number or a revenue figure, and any figure shown from past work is what happened for that business rather than a forecast for yours.
Your use of the site
Read it, use it, link to it. Do not copy it in bulk to rebuild it somewhere else, and do not use the contact details on it for unsolicited sales messages. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to anything here.
Our work and who owns it
The Clickflame name, logo and site design are ours. Work produced for a client, and the accounts it lives in, are covered by that client agreement. Client names and screenshots appear here with permission.
Links out
We link to other sites and tools. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish or do.
Limit on liability
This site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with this site, taken together, is limited to $800, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Liability for paid work is governed by the client agreement. Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot be waived.
Changes
These terms will change from time to time. The current version is always at this address, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
California law governs these terms. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts sitting in California.
