We guarantee the first year of hosting free. After that, you never owe us a hosting payment. We may ask you to move the site to your own hosting. If we do, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and hand you every file, so nothing is lost. Many hosts will run a simple site like this for free.

Is the website really free?
Yes. We build it free and host it free for the first 12 months after it goes live. There is no card on file and no contract.
What happens after the first year?
You never owe us a hosting payment. We may keep hosting it, or we may ask you to move it to your own hosting. If we ask, you get at least 30 days notice and every file of your site.
Who counts as a registered nonprofit?
Any group registered as a nonprofit. That includes 501(c)(3) charities, other groups the IRS lists as tax exempt, churches and nonprofit corporations registered with their state. We may ask for your EIN or registration number.
Do we own the website?
Your words, photos, logo and domain are yours. When you move the site to your own hosting, you get the full site files to keep.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. The site is plain, fast code with no locked platform. Once you hold the files, you or any web person can edit it without paying us.
Is there a catch?
No. You never have to buy SEO, ads or anything else. We do this because helping the groups that help people is part of how we work.
Do we need a domain?
Bring the one you have. If you do not have one, register it in your group's name so it is always yours, and we help you set it up.
