Who We Are
Clickflame is a digital marketing agency. We build websites and run search marketing for service businesses. This policy covers clickflame.com and the other websites we operate under the Clickflame name.
What We Collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you type into it, plus which page you were on when you sent it. When you call one of our numbers we collect the number you called from, the time, the length of the call and a recording or summary of it.
We also use Google Analytics, which records pages viewed and roughly where in the world a visit came from. That data is not tied to your name.
Why We Collect It
To answer you. A phone number is there so we can reply by text or call you back, an email address so we can send you what we said we would send, and the page you came from so the person replying knows what you were reading.
We do not sell advertising against your data and we do not build a profile of you for anybody else.
Text Messages
If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, Clickflame may send you text messages about the enquiry you made. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Full detail is on our SMS Terms page.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who Else Sees It
Only the services that make the reply happen. Our website host, our form processor, our phone and text provider, and our customer records system. Each of them handles the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
We will hand over information if a law or a court requires it. We will not hand it over to a marketing list, a data broker or an affiliate.
How Long We Keep It
For as long as you are a client and for three years after the last time we spoke, so we can find the history if you come back. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will.
Your Choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
- Block cookies in your browser. The site still works.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
