What Goes Into Every Site We Build.

A good website is a stack of small choices that each earn you a call. This page lists every skill and feature we use, from the fonts to the schema to the checks that run before launch. Most of it comes standard. None of it comes from a template.

The Short Version

Fast pages, clear words, real photos and search built in from the first file. Then a set of checks that stops a broken page from ever going live. Pick an area below to see the details.

Design and Brand

Every site should look like the business it belongs to. Not like the last site the agency made.

Custom Design, Never a Template

Every layout starts from an empty folder. No themes, no page builders, and no drag and drop blocks that every other site in town also uses.

A Font Pair for Each Brand

Clean, easy to read type picked for each business. The fonts are hosted on your own site and preloaded, so text shows up fast with no flash.

Real Photos of the Real Business

We use your own job photos, your shop and your crew. When a site needs more, we pull from your Google listing before we ever reach for stock.

Geotagged Images

Each site photo carries GPS data for the area it shows. Resized and converted copies get the tag put back, so nothing is lost in the build.

Phone First Layouts

Designed for the thumb first. The call button sits where a busy customer looks, and every tap target is sized for a real finger.

Brand Identity

Logo systems, color sets and photo direction, built to hold up on a truck wrap as well as on a web page.

Smooth Page Changes

Pages fade into each other instead of flashing white. It uses the browser’s own view transitions, with no heavy animation library.

Motion That Respects Settings

Anyone who turns on reduced motion in their phone settings gets a calm, still page.

Speed and Performance

A customer with a flat tire or a flooded kitchen does not wait for a slow page. They hit back and call the next result.

Static HTML on a Global CDN

Plain HTML and CSS served from Cloudflare or Netlify edge servers. There is no database to crash at 2am and very little to hack.

Instant Next Pages

The browser quietly loads the page a visitor is about to open, so the next click feels instant. Booking and thank you pages are left out on purpose.

Modern Image Formats

WebP images in several sizes, so a phone downloads a phone sized file. Width and height are set, so the page never jumps while it loads.

Lazy Loading

Images and video further down the page wait until the visitor scrolls near them.

Click to Play Video

A video shows as a light thumbnail. The real player loads only when someone presses play, and it uses YouTube’s privacy enhanced mode.

Chat That Waits Its Turn

The chat widget loads after the visitor scrolls or taps. It never slows down the first view of the page.

Cache Busting

Style and script files carry a fingerprint in their address. Browsers cache them hard and still get the new version the moment it ships.

Core Web Vitals in the Green

LCP, INP and CLS are checked on real phones, not just in a lab score.

Words People Can Read

Most visitors read on a phone, in a hurry, with one hand. The copy is written for that person.

Ninth Grade Reading Level

Service, city and blog pages are measured and kept at grade 9 or below.

Bite, Snack, Meal

Each page opens with the short answer, then a fuller one, then the full detail for anyone who wants it.

Plain Punctuation

Short sentences and clean lines. No walls of dashes and semicolons.

Consistent Headings

Title Case on every heading. Questions are the one exception, and they stay the way a customer would ask them.

Real Reviews on the Page

Review text and job photos are written into the page itself, not pulled in through a slow outside widget.

Accessibility

A site that a blind customer or a keyboard user cannot use is a site that loses calls. It is also a legal risk.

Built In, Not Bolted On

Access lives in the markup and the stylesheet. We never install an overlay widget. Those tend to draw lawsuits rather than stop them.

Skip Links and Keyboard Focus

A keyboard user can jump straight to the content and can always see where they are on the page.

Labels, Alt Text and Landmarks

Every form field has a label, every useful image has alt text, and every page has clear landmarks for screen readers.

Checked on Every Build

An accessibility check runs across all the built pages, not just the home page.

Turning Visits Into Calls

Traffic that does not call is just a number in a report. These are the pieces that turn a visit into a job.

Click to Call Everywhere

The number sits in the menu, the top of the page and the footer, and it dials with one tap.

Lead Forms That Know Their Page

Each form records which page it was sent from, so the reply can fit what the person was reading.

Lead Tracking in GA4

Every form sent is counted as a lead in Google Analytics, so you can see which pages bring in work.

Open Now Badge

The contact area reads your real hours and shows whether you are open right now, in your own time zone.

Quote Builders and Estimators

Price builders that let a customer see a real range before they call.

Online Booking

Calendars that book straight into your schedule and send reminders.

Missed Call Text Back and Chat

When nobody can pick up, the customer gets a text back fast. Chat on the site can qualify a lead and hand it to a person.

Text Consent Done Right

Forms carry the text message consent language that carriers ask for, with links to your privacy and SMS terms.

Quality Checks Before Launch

Nothing goes live because it looked fine on one screen. Every build runs the same checks.

Link and Anchor Checker

Every internal link and jump link is tested on each build. A broken one stops the release.

Meta Length Checks

Titles and descriptions are checked for length, so they do not get cut off in search results.

Build Gates

Our generated sites refuse to publish a page that breaks the reading level, punctuation or link rules.

Live Checks After Launch

After a release we load the live pages and confirm each one answers the way it should.

Private Files Stay Private

Build scripts, data files and anything not meant for the public return a 404 on the live site.

Hosting and Ownership

You should never have to ask an agency for permission to use your own website.

You Own the Code

The code, the domain and the deploy keys are yours.

Low Cost Hosting

Static sites run on edge hosting that costs very little each month, with free SSL.

Privacy First Embeds

Videos use privacy enhanced embeds, and outside scripts load only when they earn their place.

Software When You Need It

When a site needs logins, dashboards or payments, we build that too. The web design page shows the apps and platforms.

Common Questions

Do these features cost extra?

No. They come standard on every static build we make. Booking, estimators, chat and missed call text back are scoped with the project, because they connect to your phone and your calendar.

Can you add these to my current website?

Many of them, yes. Speed fixes, schema, FAQs and accessibility work can often go on a site you already have. If it runs on a heavy page builder, a rebuild is usually faster and costs less over time.

Why don't you use an accessibility overlay?

Because they do not work well, and sites that use them still get sued. We build access into the page itself so it works for every visitor without an extra script.

Will my site show up in AI search?

We build every page so AI tools can read and quote it. That means clear answers, clean headings and schema. We then check real analytics for visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity and others.

How fast will my site load?

Our static builds aim to load in under one second on a phone. We check it on real devices after launch, not just in a lab test.
