Great Episodes. Nobody Finds Them.
Most podcasts do the hard part, the talking, and then hand the episode to an app and hope. These are the four leaks we see on almost every show we look at.
The audio has no page
Google cannot listen. An episode with no page and no transcript is close to invisible in search.
Missing from the apps
One feed on two apps leaves listeners on every other app with nothing to find.
Nobody knows the numbers
Each host shows its own count. Without one honest number you cannot tell which episodes work.
Guests are hard to land
Booking a studio call with a busy owner takes weeks of back and forth. Many never happen.
Podcast Marketing, Episode by Episode.
The same system that runs our own show. Pick all of it or just the part you are missing.
Every App, One Feed
A clean RSS feed with the right art, categories and episode data, submitted to Apple, Spotify, Amazon, iHeart, YouTube and the open directories.
Episode Pages That Rank
Each episode gets a page with a player, the transcript, show notes, sources and PodcastEpisode schema, written for the question people actually search.
A Guest Pipeline
A private voice-answer link so guests record from their phone, a guest application on your site, and a thank-you credit link on their episode.
Clips and Video
Short clips and a video version for YouTube and Shorts, with titles and descriptions that match what your listeners type.
Honest Download Counts
Downloads from every app counted in one place through OP3, plus page visits from Google Analytics, in a plain monthly report.
Indexing, Done Every Release
Sitemap, Search Console and IndexNow pinged on every new episode, so Google and Bing see it the day it goes out.
Smoke & Receipts. We Market It Ourselves.
Somebody online makes a big promise. We run the real numbers. Then we call it, smoke or receipts. It is Clickflame's own show, and every tool on this page was built for it first.
- 18 episodes live, 3 of them with real business owners as guests
- Each episode plays inside its own article with the transcript, the receipts and the sources
- PodcastEpisode schema, a sitemap and a fresh feed on every build
- Downloads counted across every app with OP3, not guessed
- A private voice-answer link so guests record from their phone
From Feed to Found.
No long onboarding. You keep recording. We handle what happens after you hit stop.
Send us your feed
We read every episode, your site and where you show up today, and send back a short audit.
Fix the foundation
Feed, art, directories, analytics and an episode page template, set up once and set up right.
Ship every episode
Each release gets its page, transcript, schema, clips and indexing within a day of going live.
Report and repeat
A monthly report in plain English: downloads, visits, which episodes won and what we do next.
Need the website too? We build podcast sites that load in about a second.
Podcast Website DesignWhat Podcasters Ask Us First
Do you work with brand new shows?
Yes. A new show is the easiest to set up right, because there is no messy feed or old site to clean up. We can help you launch with a trailer, the first three episodes and every directory on day one.
Which podcast apps will my show be on?
We submit your feed to the big ones, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio and YouTube, plus Pocket Casts, Podcast Addict, Podcast Index and the open directories that read from it. Each app approves shows on its own schedule.
Why does every episode need its own page?
Google cannot rank audio sitting inside an app. A page with the episode's transcript, notes and sources gives search engines words to rank, and gives a listener something to share and link to.
How do you count downloads?
We route your audio through OP3, an open podcast analytics prefix, so downloads from every app are counted in one place. It adds no tracking script to your site.
Can you help me book better guests?
Yes. We build a private link where a guest answers your questions by voice from their phone, so they can say yes in two minutes instead of booking a studio call. Guests get a credit link to their business on the episode page.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many episodes you release and what you already have. Send us your feed and we will reply with a flat monthly price. No long contract.
Legal Disclaimer
Names and marks. Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, YouTube, Pocket Casts, Podcast Addict, Podcast Index, TrueFans and Google are trademarks of their owners and do not endorse us.
Concepts are private. Any concept site we build for a show lives on a private, noindexed preview link and is shared only with that show. We take one down at the owner's request.
Numbers. Speed scores are Lighthouse mobile tests and move from run to run. Download, listener, ranking and guest figures depend on the show, its topic and its market. Nothing on this page promises a set number of listeners, downloads, rankings, guests, sponsors or dollars.
Directories. Every podcast app and directory decides on its own whether to list a show and where it appears. We submit your feed and follow their rules, but we cannot guarantee a listing, a chart position or a featured slot.
Talk About Your Podcast
Name, number and what you need. A real person reads it and replies, usually the same day.
