📍 Everett, Washington · Snohomish County

Launched the Same Day. Priced Right on the Page.

Everett Local Movers is a two mover, one truck crew working the I-5 corridor north of Seattle. They had a thin template site, no prices on it and no number of their own. In one afternoon we bought the domain, set up a tracking line that rings his cell and texts back, and launched a 26 page site at everettmover.com with motion video, a cost estimator and a page for every town they serve. This is a day of launch write up. Numbers follow as the calls come in.

The Setup

Everett Local Movers runs two movers and one truck out of Everett, Washington. They move homes from Arlington to Seattle, haul junk on the way out, and carry the fridge nobody else wants to touch. Their old site was a free template with no prices, no photos of the work and a phone number shared with three other side businesses.

The owner gave us the pricing in three texts. $185 an hour for two movers and a truck, a 3 hour minimum, small jobs from $299, and $2 a mile past the first 15. That was the brief. Everything on the site is built around making those numbers easy to see and easy to act on.

The Site You Should Actually Look At

The Strategy

The top movers in Everett all show a review count, a permit number and a quote form. None of them put a dollar figure in the first screen. We led with the rate because a mover who shows the price wins the customer who has three tabs open.

Every page answers one search. Five service pages cover local moving, packing, appliances, junk hauling and long distance. Fourteen town pages cover Everett, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell, Arlington, Mount Vernon, Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond.

"Small crews lose jobs on the first call, not on move day. The site, the number and the text back all exist so the first call gets answered."

The Phone Line

We bought a 425 tracking number the same afternoon and pointed it at his cell. Calls ring through. Quote requests from the site land in our system, text the customer back right away and text the owner the lead with the towns, date and size of the move.

The same day we texted him step by step instructions for a free Google Business Profile, because the map pack is where most mover calls start.

The Build

Seahawks navy and action green, because the owner asked for it. Hand coded static pages on Cloudflare, so it loads fast and costs nothing to host. Every heading is title case, every line of copy is at a ninth grade reading level, and nothing on the page is smaller than 14.5 pixels.

What Got Delivered

The actual work that went into this engagement, line by line.

01
Domain and Hosting
Bought everettmover.com and launched it on Cloudflare with www redirects and a noindex hold until the owner signs off.
02
Brand and Design
Seahawks navy, action green and wolf grey. A clean header that never sits on a photo, and a sticky call bar on phones.
03
Motion Video
Graded move day clips for the hero and every service, plus a 25 second How We Do a Move video.
04
Service and Town Pages
Five service pages and fourteen town pages, each with its own questions and the mileage math for that town.
05
Tracking and Texting
A 425 tracking number in our phone system, forwarded to the owner and linked to our registered texting campaign.
06
Lead Handling
The quote form files every lead, texts the customer back and texts the owner, with an email copy to us.

The Real Takeaway

A small crew does not need a six week website project. It needs its price in plain sight, a number that gets answered and a page for every town it drives to. We did all of that between lunch and dinner on launch day.

See it live at everettmover.com. For the multi state version of the same playbook, read the Supercanic case study.
